1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Conditions for return
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
3. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please email thelunearitual@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned.
5. Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with EU consumer guarantee rules (legal warranty of 3 years on consumer goods in Spain).
