The Lunéa Ritual

The Lunéa Rituals

A guide to slow body care.

Sensorial routines designed to awaken circulation, soften the body and bring you back to yourself, morning, evening and in between.

“She moved through her day like water, softly, slowly, certain of herself.”

Ritual N°01

The Morning Ritual

Awaken the body before the mind. A few quiet minutes to set the tone of your day.

Recommended

Gua Sha Stone
  1. 01

Begin with three slow breaths, hands resting on the belly.

  2. 02

Glide the gua sha upwards along the neck and jawline, five passes each side.

  3. 03

Massage warm body oil into the legs with long, upward strokes toward the heart.

  4. 04

Finish with a cool splash of water on the décolleté to awaken circulation.

Ritual N°02

The Evening Ritual

A slow undressing of the day. Soften the lights, light a candle, and return to the body.

  1. 01

Run a warm bath with a handful of mineral salts. Let the water hold you.

  2. 02

Pat skin softly, never rub. Apply nourishing body oil while skin is still damp.

  3. 03

Massage the soles of the feet for one minute each, with deep circular pressure.

  4. 04

Slip into linen, dim the lights, and let the breath grow long and quiet.

Ritual N°03

The Dry Brushing Routine

A daily practice to awaken the lymphatic system, smooth the skin and gently energize the body.

Recommended

Dry Body Brush
  1. 01

On dry skin, begin at the soles of the feet with light, upward strokes.

  2. 02

Move up the legs toward the heart, long, slow sweeps, never circular.

  3. 03

Brush the arms from wrists to shoulders, then the abdomen in clockwise motions.

  4. 04

Shower in warm water and seal in moisture with a generous layer of body oil.

Ritual N°04

Self-Care Body Massage

A slow lymphatic massage to release tension, sculpt the silhouette and remind the body it is safe.

  1. 01

Warm a generous amount of oil between the palms.

  2. 02

With a wooden roller, work each leg upward in long passes for two minutes.

  3. 03

Massage the abdomen with both hands in slow, clockwise circles.

  4. 04

Finish at the collarbones with light pumping motions to drain the lymph.

Wellness Tips

Small gestures, soft results.

Drink warm water

Begin each morning with warm water and lemon to gently wake digestion and lymphatic flow.

Move slowly

A ten-minute walk after meals supports circulation more than any intense workout.

Honor the night

Soft lights after sunset and a cool, dark room help the body restore its natural rhythm.

“Slowness is a kind of luxury. So is tenderness toward oneself.”
